System will also provide reporting on current data systems, database servers, physical servers, virtual servers, and staffing data.

The service provides secure intermediate solutions for the CYC to connect to the Department’s vital statistics databases. | Led the programming/development of the web-based Metadata Repository for the Department which is responsible for tracking, storing, and reporting all metadata information for every system in and not limited to the Department of Health of Florida. Responsible for working closely with the users to develop an efficient, intelligent, and dynamic web based user interface using new technologies.

| Developed and managed a Debris Information Management System (DIMS); a web-based system that was used to manage their debris operations as a result of Hurricanes Charley, Frances, Ivan, Jeanne, Katrina, Wilma, and Dennis. Developed and maintained system modules using visual basic .net, asp .net, and java script, with a SQL Server 2000 database, which allowed users to created reports, invoice, offer other user enhancement, and operate additional modules based off user and management request.

| Development support for the J2EE system for the Bureau of Emergency Response uses to track incidents and responses throughout the State of Florida. The existing system used woefully out-of-date applications - DOS-based Dbase application – so a complete redesign was in order. The new web-based system contained workflow and outcome decisions which aided in processing 40% of the incidents the districts entered without HQ user interaction. This allowed HQ evaluators time to focus on the cost recovery efforts, rather data entry.

| Designed, developed, and implemented the Emergency Event Reporting system for Administrative Services. This web-based system was developed in .Net using a Visual Fox Pro database. The system automated the Department’s daily employee task for tracking employee locations and duties during hurricane season. Also provided, designed, and executed the initial training class for the users, which provided a smooth transition to the new system.

| Designed and developed a custom web-based security and management application for Administrative Services. The application supported the migrating servers and operating system upgrades; tracked, saved, exported folder data sizes and user security rights for each server based on users’ request.

| Worked with the Bureau of Educator Certification to help improve the process of certifying teachers in the State of Florida. The existing custom application was successfully enhanced through server upgrades, correcting/upgrading existing systems and adding new client/server and web functionality. Planed, tested, and performed the complete migration from single server systems to redundant systems. This system has web and client/server interfaces with SQL 2000 and DB2 databases. The client/server application also interfaces with an Avaya Telephony system for the call center and FileNet for the imaging system.
